Highview worked with owners of the former James Hotel site in SoHo to renovate and restore the rooftop garden spaces at this landmark hotel. Highview was responsible for the demolition of the existing roof spaces, the new hardscaping and landscaping elements, water features, irrigation, and maintenance. Our team collaborated with HM White on the plant selection and layout. Guests of the hotel have several floors of green spaces with beautiful vistas to enjoy during their stay at the new ModernHaus SoHo.
