Astor Broadway

Working closely with building architects and owners at Astor Broadway, our team designed and installed various amenity spaces at this new residential building in Astoria, Queens. Highview Creations was responsible for designing the gardens in the courtyard areas, main rooftop, multiple private terraces, and the main entrance. The design team at Highview carefully selected a plant palette of predominantly native perennials and grasses as well as evergreen hedges for privacy. Custom woodworking was integrated into the design in order to provide seating, barriers, and coverage over mechanical equipment.
